· 接待访客,处理电话和电子邮件询问。 • 负责招聘过程和面试时间安排。 • 协助董事总经理解决个人问题。 • 与业务合作伙伴联络以接管翻译文书。 • 协助业务开发人员执行临时任务 • 根据MOM的规定,协助处理工作准证相关事宜,签证,工人保险和保证金 • 更新和维护公司员工记录 • 协助维护工作人员休假记录,育儿和产假等。 • 在既定程序和政策的框架内提供文书和行政支持 • 维护和维护办公室管理员记录及电脑系统。 • 监督办公场所和设备的常规维护和内务管理 • 履行上级指派的其他职责/工作。 工作要求: • 人力资源管理中的最低“O”级/基本证书/人力资源管理中的证书 • 在相关领域的经验将增加优势 • 拥有愉快,积极和主动的态度以及良好的人际交往能力 • 愿意学习,独立,细致,努力 • 能够处理压力,紧迫的期限和多项任务
工作地点 Location: Jurong East
工作时间 Working Hours: 5/6天制 // 周一至五/六 9am - 6pm (弹性工作日)

Job Requirements: · Minimum ‘o’ Level/BasicCert in HRM/Certificate in HRM · Experience in relevantfield will be added advantage · Possesses pleasant,positive and initiative attitude and good interpersonal skills · Willing to learn,independent, meticulous, hardworking · Able to handle stressand tight deadlines and multi task
